Project Goal

To take a past project, find the flaws, and redesign it. 

Choosen Project

The last design lacked direction, had an uneven composition, and did not conduct sufficient research.

New Goal:

  • Narrow my audience

  • Further my research into the company brand

Deliverables: 

A new bottle label with a mock-up.

Research

After researching their company brand guidelines and bottle labels, it is known that Great Lakes Brewery values community and is true to its local culture in Cleveland. One of those drinks is their Paw Saision. It is a drink kept on tap. One of them is their Paw Paw Saision: A fruity drink made with Paw Paws, a local fruit grown in the Midwest. 

When researching their audience, their labels advertise more towards men than women. The drinks that attract women are more fruity and use bolder and brighter colors, like the Strawberry Pineapple Wheat.

The conclusion is to give the Paw Paw Saison, a fruity drink, a design that will attract women who like to drink.
